Easy to use and very low cost Ghost Meter. Exreamly Low Frequencies are what Ghost Haunters want meters to measure. Do not be fooled and get the wrong kind of . This "Ghost" Meter will measure ELF/VLF magnetic fields in the frequency range of 20 - 10,000 Hz, with a minimum sensitivity of .25 mG. Laboratory tested and documented for accuracy. This meter does not show the precise measurement, but a range as described below.
|1||0.25 to 8+ mG||1 of 3 LEDs||20 to 10k Hz||no spec|

"GHOST" MASTER METER
Also known as "Dr. "Ghost""
This Ghost Meter measures the level of ELF (Exreamly Low Frequencies) magnetic field radiation! It has an easy to read scale, a unique built-in audio signal and auto shut-off that makes it simple to use and a great way to find hidden sources of ELF frequency magnetic fields. You can tell the reading by sight, and by sound. Because of the battery shut off, it will not run out of energy when you need it most. In the dark it has a very low red glow to let you know it is working.
This Ghost Meter will show you which areas are above or below 2.5 milli-"Ghost" in the 50 - 60 Hz frequency range all the way up to 10mG.
Hand-held, lightweight and durable, with two easy to read scales (0-1 mG, & 0-10 mG), and dramatic audio signal. THE favorite meter for demonstrating the presence of EMFs ELS's to others and paranormal work. Requires one 9V battery (not included). Calibrated at 50-60 Hz.
|50/60+ Hz||no spec|
|What is unique about this "Ghost Meter"? Lightning fast needle response, audio function, auto cut off, both very high and medium sensitivity. Slight glow in the dark when it is on.|
Includes nice instructions on how to perform a proper survey of your home, office, or school yard.

A. The meters you should have are called "AC EMF Meters", or actually ELF ( "extremely low frequency") for haunt use. They measure the rate of change of the surrounding magnetic field. Your meter's MAXIMUM frequency response is normally from about 13 - 100,000 hertz (it depends on the meter. Most AC ELF ( "extremely low frequency") meters are most sensitive to frequencies of about 30 - 10,000 hertz, while some have a wider response. Adding the meter's frequency range (mostly likely "extremely low frequency", or ELF for short) is necessary in haunt reports, because electromagnetic fields can range from 0 hertz, all the way through UV light, X-Rays, and beyond. In a haunt report, calling the meter an "AC ELF ( "extremely low frequency") Meter (13Hz - 75kHz)" is much better than just saying "EMF Meter", because it tells the reader much more specifics about what was being measured. If you don't know the exact frequency range, just use the frequency range allocated name (most likely "ELF"). Do not be fooled and get the wrong kind of meter.
B. USE THE CORRECT UNITS OF MEASUREMENT IN YOUR REPORTS! People do not realize is there are many way that magnetic fields are measured. Many beginners reports that just say "EMF reading of 4", but what is that 4? Is it 4 nanoTesla, or 4 microGauss, or 4 webers, or 4 hertz? People assume all EMF readings are in milliGauss (mG), but you do not always assume that. If you needed 5 dollars - you wouldn't run up to someone and shout "Give me 5, NOW!", would you? If you do, most likely you'll get a slap on hand instead of the $5 you really needed (that was a horrible example...). It is necessary to specify units if you want to appear professional Adding units makes your reports consistent, as well as actually usable by other scientists and researchers.
